- Right to Enjoyment: Landowners have the right to enjoy their property in accordance with their personal needs, values, and aspirations. This includes the right to engage in lawful activities, establish private structures, and cultivate resources without unjust restrictions or limitations.
- Right to Improvement and Development: Landowners possess the right to enhance, develop, and utilize their property to its fullest potential, provided that such development is in accordance with existing laws and does not constitute a direct and imminent threat to public safety.
